Academic Transcript Request

In accordance with federal law, records cannot be released without the written consent of the student/graduate.

Each transcript has a processing fee of $15.00.  Please go to the website https://valley.edu/payment/ Select the orange tab, Make a Payment to Valley College.  Cust. ID = Your Last Name.  Transcripts are normally processed within 20 business days.  Failure to pay the transcript fee will result in a processing delay.

Transcripts will not be emailed or faxed.

Please request your transcripts as early as possible to prevent delays in having it sent. Transcripts are normally processed within 20 business days. Failure to pay the transcript fee will result in a processing delay.
Payment Information: Each transcript has a processing fee of $10.00. Please go to the website https://valley.edu/payment/ Select the orange tab, Make a Payment to Valley College. Cust. ID = Your Last Name. Once your payment is processed you will receive an email confirmation as a receipt for your records and your transcripts will be processed.
Transcript Delivery Information
Note: Most colleges require that an official transcript be mailed directly from Valley College. It is in your best interest to have your official transcript sent directly to the proper college and/or admissions representative.
